    Beautiful! I love the colors. I suppose you made the flowers too? What kind of compositing did you do? Did you use the defocus node to make it look blurry st the back?

      Thanks! The flowers were also done in blender. I rendered the wings and some dust particles separatly, so the post processing was to combine the renders, adding motion blur to the wings, lens flare, some color correction and grain. The bokeh effect was achieved with cycles depth of field.

    It’s great, everything, models, textures, lighting.. I’m just not a big fan of that lens flare but that is just a question of taste, not quality.

    From what I saw of the entries in the competition, this one has good chance to win, but others are very good too ;)
