Still Life

For panoramic nature scenes I would never use Blender (E-on’s Vue software is unbeatable), but for intimate scenes with a lot of careful attention Blender excels. I rendered with Blender Internal (I think Cycles is being overrated) to capture an impressionistic lighting, just like in the old Dutch paintings from the past.
After that the image went through FotoSketcher for a very slight brush and stroke effect, plus a simple frame.
Finally I color managed it in Photoshop.

    Would you be interested in doing a tutorial on modeling and texturing plants and flowers?
