You are right, the sky is too dark. To be honest, it’s a photo manipulation that I stuck in the background to have something to look at :D . It still needs sorting.

Maybe make the background sky a bit brighter, it looks to dark for this scene. Also I can see the edge where the sky background meets the sea. But with a little bit compositing you can easily get rid of that.

A sun in the back would also be an interesting idea, it would support that sunny feeling.

Overall a really great image I think.
