Here is the final version of my Deadpool Spiderman comic cover project. The idea was to simulate every part of the cover as part of the scene itself, including titles and speech bubbles.

I know that Spiderman’s suit is missing the webs, but after trying for hours and hours to get them on there correctly, I finally just gave up and I’m calling this one done.

    Brilliant, seriously.

Not just technically, but as a piece of art and a story in just this render.

    This deserves to be featured.

      I agree,

      The style is cool

The lighting adds interest to the scene.

Don’t worry about the spider web, is not that noticeable ;)

      Nice work here.

      Alin.

The whole scene only has 2 lights in it. One large meshlight at top and then one small blueish one off to the left to add that slight blue tint.

Wow, thanks everyone for the comments! I should make a quick note though. The Captain America poster was created by ittamar12 on DeviantArt.

ya really nice work man the characters remind me of the baker animation guy they are using in the anim tutorials. I thought the web you had on his suit in a previous render looked good. Nice job on the modeling of everything the toony cat even looks awesome.

If you really wanted the webs, you could just draw them on manually with texture paint or something. Im really no good at texturing, but thats what id prolly end up doing.
