Look dude, NO OFFENCE. Your car looks good and something like that but, I know this car, it’s hard work for you but, to impress people, you must model a good car, and take this for an example:
Two sculptors, the first one, sculpted something that may look like CRAP, and the second one, sculpted a horse. Of course, you’ll be interested in the horse, which brings me back to you…
Why don’t you model something like a sports car, or a hummer or something. Try to avoid these pieces of old junk (NO OFFENCE MERCEDES BENZ) because, people may lose interest to you.
Totally disagree, sports cars are all over the place. I personally make art to have fun, not to impress people. It’s nice to be appreciated, but when you start making art for what is popular at the time, you lose yourself in a way. I’d rather see and old Plymouth Duster than yet ANOTHER Audi or Lamborghini.

I agree with vickym72. If art was to conform to what the masses wanted then so many of famous works of art from history would of been overlooked. My only gripes though are the rims and camera focal angle. Do the rims really look that way on the new yorkers? The camera focal angle seems to low, feel like it over accentuates how long the front hood is.
I couldn’t agree more with Vicky, there is more challenge to modelling this car then most any sports car.I think for the first time modelling a car you didn’t pic an easy one, but it probably has some type of significance.
Lol, looked up the New Yorker to have a picture reference to compare. For the most part it looks good. Still stick to my initial analysis of it though, those rims need some more work and up/lower the focal angle the fish eye lens affect is a bit to much.
I agree too. It doesn’t matter what kind of car that you model… the important is that you model new and challenging things. Your works will pop up in difference not in equal to other works.
Second, it’s very well done for a first car! My advise, besides the ones that some already gave to you, is your composition. Lots and lots of air on top of the car. Try to render one of the car sides for example and balance it well in the overall image.
Third and last, in the modeling. The body, the bumpers, the grill… look like they are stick together, like the same mesh, when they are not. Tiny shadows or spaces between objects make the car more realistic. For the fish eye…i think it ruins all your modeling because it deforms your car… and then it doesn’t look like a Chrys NY For example:
