I love it too. Just like scene from the Fallout. But art of Alexis Van der Haeghe is my favorite.

While looking at Toni Bratincevic’s tutorial about the Fall picture (In the tutorial section) I thought I would try making a pipe that bends smoothly to a 45 degree angle in blender. How can I make a 45 degree bend that transitions smoothly in blender?

Use the Spin feature in the mesh tools.

I love the fallout style as trinity5150 too :)

@trinity5150 – You can use the spin tool, and encourage you to use 2.5 builds…
spin tools in 2.5 is way more flexible.

I finally figured out how to use the spin tool in 2.5 :D It took a few minutes to figure out how to make the pipe look right. Now it’s just a matter of time before I can make my own industrial scenes. By the way. I have Fallout 3 and that game is a great resource to use for some ideas for a cool industrial scene :D
