Honestly, I only saw some very quick appearances of programs, menus and clicks onto buttons and all disappeared before someone (as normal as me) has realized what happened and was done. For me it seems, that this tutorial is for someone, who doesn't need a tutorial ... or my comprehension ist too slow to follow up the advices.
